Tenant isolation
Every tenant's data is isolated at the database level with PostgreSQL row-level security enforced fail-closed.
Encrypted evidence
Evidence is stored in S3 with KMS encryption using a customer-managed key. Object Lock / legal-hold workflows are partial — ask for the current retention posture before promising immutability.
Immutable audit log
An audit log with hash-chaining architecture records actions for chain-of-custody workflows; end-to-end chain validation UI is partial.

1. Publication rule
Only claims listed in docs/security/privacy/trust-center-evidence-register.md are published. No SOC 2, ISO, certification, or uptime SLA percentages are claimed at this time.
2. Encryption
TLS in transit for public HTTPS endpoints. Tenant data stores use encryption at rest (RDS/S3 KMS posture) as described in platform architecture evidence.
3. Isolation & audit
Database-mode tenancy uses per-tenant isolation (RLS). Sensitive actions emit audit events for accountability.
4. AI controls
AI features assist attorneys; human attorney review is required before legal use. Customer content is not used to train public foundation models.
